How to create XML Sitemap?

open this Screaming Frog SEO the window open look this.

Click On the Download Button.You will get a window like this.

It detects the System which you are using and gives the Download now option.
You have to Download the File and open the Application & Application looks like this.

Now, Copy the URL of your site and paste it on the uppermost gey rectangular box and click on start button.The internal links created like this.

When 100% is Completed open the Sitemap Window.And, Click on Create XML Sitemap.

Now a Pop-up window will come. And it looks like this.

If you want to Add an image you have to tick that box and write your picture code on the Bottom white Rectangular box.

To translate your site in different languages according to the different location you have to tick that white box and click Next Button.

Now, You a window will open & you have to click on save Button
then, your Sitemap XML file will get saved in your Rom.

Where to paste the Sitemap Code?

If you have Google search console account then just open it.
And open Crawl section.

Click on sitemap button. And a window appears like this.

 Click on Add sitemap Button & Pop-Up window comes like this.

Copy your Code from XML Saved File and Paste the code in the white rectangular box.
                                    Click Submit Button.
